Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Affiliate Manager based in Lucknow. The Affiliate Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with partners, manage affiliate accounts, and execute affiliate marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new affiliates, optimizing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both affiliates and the organization. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align affiliate efforts with overall business objectives and providing regular progress reports.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Affiliate Management and Account Management, including building and maintaining affiliate partnerships.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with affiliates, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Proven ability in Sales and negotiation to drive business growth and partner success.
• Knowledge of Online Marketing strategies and tools for optimizing affiliate programs.
• Analytical skills to monitor performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in the digital marketing or e-commerce industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
