Formulation Specialist – Oral Care

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Formulation Specialist to help build the next generation of high-performance oral care products.

If you enjoy translating scientific concepts into consumer-focused products and have strong experience in toothpaste formulation, this is an opportunity to work on innovative whitening, sensitivity, and restoration solutions.

What You’ll Work On

• Developing and optimizing toothpaste formulations
• Conducting stability, compatibility, and efficacy testing
• Collaborating with quality control teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Driving innovation across ingredients, textures, and product performance
  
  

We’re Looking For Someone With

• 5–7 years of experience in new product development
• Expertise in surfactants, abrasives, humectants, flavors, and oral care actives
• Strong understanding of microbiology, rheology, and stability testing
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
