Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Beverage Controller, located in Noida. The Food Beverage Controller will be responsible for overseeing cost control processes, performing menu costing, and ensuring accurate financial and accounting practices specific to food and beverage inventory. The role involves conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and collaborating with relevant departments to optimize costs and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Cost Control and Menu Costing
Advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
Proficiency in Finance and Accounting processes
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
