Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food & Beverage Controller based in Jodhpur. The Food & Beverage Controller will analyze food and beverage costs, develop and monitor costing strategies for menus, and maintain effective cost control procedures. The role includes managing inventory, ensuring accurate financial reporting, collaborating with procurement teams, and optimizing revenue while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Cost Control and Menu Costing
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for evaluating data and optimizing resource allocation
• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting practices related to food and beverage management
• Attention to detail and ability to manage inventory efficiently
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with various departments
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is highly desirable
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and ERP systems is an advantage
