I am on lookout for Financial Due Diligence and Transactional diligence for leading MNC based in Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Financial Due Diligence :

• Years of exp: CA: 6.5 – 9 years, non-CA: 9 – 15 years
• Core focus on Financial Due Diligence (FDD) within M&A transactions
• Financial analysis including EBITDA, Net Working Capital, Net Debt, QoE
• Buy side and sell side deal advisory support
• Candidates must have hands on FDD / deal advisory experience
• FP&A / budgeting profiles will not be considered
• Team management

Transactional diligence

• Years of exp: CA: 6.5 – 9 years, non-CA: 9 – 15 years
• Strong expertise in Power BI / Alteryx / data analytics tools
• Understanding of M&A lifecycle required
• Some flexibility on pure FDD experience, but data proficiency is critical
