This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Team Leader at Nando's located in Gurugram. The Team Leader will oversee daily food service operations, ensure adherence to service standards, and guide team members to deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining food quality, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth functioning of operations to create memorable dining experiences for guests.

• Supervisory skills to manage and guide team members effectively
