Implementation Specialist

We're looking to add an Implementation Specialist to our growing technical team.

TimeKeeping Systems develops and supports Guard1 Real Time, a technically sophisticated platform used by customers to document services and insure well-being of those in their care.Guard1 is used across a range of industries including behavioral healthcare and corrections.

Our Implementation Specialist team guides new customers through the onboarding process.

The Role

Guard1 Real Time implementations involve hardware, software, networking, and hosted services, depending on the project. You'll organize and manage these projects, communicate with customers throughout, travel to customer facilities to deploy Guard1 systems and train customer staff, and work through technical issues as they come up.

To build the product knowledge you'll need, you'll spend your first few months working alongside our technical support team.

Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through the Guard1 Real Time onboarding process from project kickoff through go-live
• Define and track milestones, timelines, and open items across multiple concurrent projects
• Resolve technical issues with customers during implementation
• Coordinate with internal teams — support, sales, and development — to keep projects on track
• Configure and validate software and hardware deployments

We'd like to speak to you if you have:

• Experience in a technical role — implementation, IT, systems administration, or technical support
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
• Strong customer communication skills — patient, clear, and accountable
• Familiarity with networking, hosted applications, and database management
• Microsoft Azure or cloud platform experience
