Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Bengaluru. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing, analysing, and reconciling financial statements and reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards. Key duties include managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing monthly financial records and tax filings, and collaborating with internal teams for budgeting and forecasting. Monitoring cash flow and identifying cost-saving opportunities are also essential aspects of this role. The Accountant will also be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting audits. Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial reporting, budget preparation, and tax compliance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, balance sheets, and account reconciliations
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Ms Excel and other financial tools
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative on-site environment
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic tax regulations
