Role Description The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the hotel. This position manages daily restaurant, bar, and banquet activities, ensuring consistent service standards, product quality, and guest satisfaction. The role includes coordinating menus and offerings with culinary leadership, supervising staff scheduling, training, and performance, and maintaining compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand guidelines. The Food and Beverage Manager also monitors budgets, controls costs, reviews sales performance, and implements initiatives to increase revenue and optimize profitability. Collaboration with other hotel departments is required to support events, promotions, and an integrated guest experience.
Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and banquets.
  • Proven ability in Customer Service, with a focus on guest satisfaction, complaint resolution, and personalized hospitality.
  • Experience in Training and developing food and beverage teams, including coaching, performance management, and skills enhancement.
  • Demonstrated capability in Budgeting, cost control, and revenue management for food and beverage outlets.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial food and beverage role in hotels or resorts.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to work flexible hours as required by operations.
