Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun for a Food and Beverage Captain. The role involves supervising daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high service standards, coordinating with team members, and managing customer interactions to provide excellent service. The Food and Beverage Captain will oversee order accuracy, manage service timings, and ensure that the dining experience meets the company’s quality expectations.

• Experience in maintaining service standards within a food and beverage environment.
• Proven skills in food service, including ordering accuracy and efficiency in delivery.
• Exceptional customer service and interaction skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
• Outstanding communication skills for clear and effective dialogue with team members and guests.
• Ability to multitask and adapt within a fast-paced work environment.
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is highly beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
