Key Responsibilities

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of underwriting guidelines and credit policies of partner banks such as SBI, Bank of Baroda, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, and other financial institutions.
• Assess and screen education loan applications to determine eligibility, ensuring compliance with respective bank requirements.
• Guide students on documentation requirements, application procedures, and loan terms to facilitate accurate and complete submissions.
• Coordinate closely with bank officials to ensure smooth processing, timely follow-ups, and faster loan approvals.
• Address and resolve student queries related to eligibility, documentation, interest rates, repayment structure, and application status.
• Manage the complete loan journey, from initial eligibility evaluation through documentation, processing, and final loan sanction.
