Position Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily site operations and ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

* Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.

* Monitor work progress and maintain site productivity.

* Ensure compliance with safety standards and site discipline.

* Track material usage and site requirements.

* Prepare and submit daily work progress reports to project management.

Qualification & Experience:

* ITI (Civil or related trade) with minimum 5 years experience in high-rise building projects

OR

* Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years experience in building construction projects

Skills Required:

* Ability to read and understand construction drawings

* Good coordination and site management skills

* Knowledge of construction methods and materials

* Reporting and documentation skills
