Financial Controller

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Controller based in Vadodara. The Financial Controller will oversee and manage financial operations, prepare and analyze financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include financial reporting, monitoring budgets, conducting financial analysis, and working closely with senior management to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the Financial Controller will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of financial resources and optimizing financial processes within the organization.

• Strong knowledge in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
• Proficient Analytical Skills and extensive experience in financial data interpretation.
• Solid understanding of Finance and Accounting principles, including budgeting and auditing.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with accuracy under pressure.
• Proven experience in team leadership or management within a financial context.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
• Experience in the healthcare or diagnostic industry would be a plus.
