We are looking for an Construction Project Manager - Leading a 15Cr + Industrial Projects with following qualifications:

• Oversee site operations with a commitment to a 12-hour working day, ensuring continuous supervision and timely progress.
• Supervise and coordinate construction labor teams and subcontractors.
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, accident protocols, and work discipline.
• Maintain accurate records of labor hours and material usage.
• Verify daily wage sheets, attendance logs, and subcontractor invoices.
• Prepare and approve billing statements for labor and material consumption.
• Review and analyze drawings to ensure strict adherence to design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Recommend operational changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor construction quality and enforce proper material utilization.
• Educate workers on safety guidelines and accident prevention measures.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safe work practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
