Finance Manager (SAGE ACCOUNTING)

A leader in professional services and corporate finance advisory, operating across cross-border compliance, taxation and financial management for Indian and international clients. The role sits within a consulting environment delivering statutory compliance, financial reporting, tax advisory and ERP-aligned finance operations for growth-focused organisations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Drive month-end and year-end close processes and prepare accurate financial statements in line with Ind AS/IFRS for management and statutory purposes.
• Own statutory compliance and filings (GST, TDS, corporate tax) and coordinate with tax advisors to manage returns, assessments and remediation.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning; produce management MIS, variance analysis and decision-ready financial insights.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and finance process improvements; support ERP configuration and finance automation initiatives.
• Liaise with external auditors, statutory auditors and banks; manage audit deliverables and ensure timely responses to audit queries.
• Manage and mentor the finance team, set performance KPIs, and drive efficient month-end delivery and continuous upskilling.

Qualification & Experience: Qualified CA/CMA/ACCA/CIMA with demonstrated experience in corporate finance, statutory reporting and tax compliance within Indian regulatory environment. Proven track record working with ERP systems and leading finance operations in an on-site consulting or corporate setting is highly desirable.
