Role Description
This full-time, on-site role of Finance Manager is based at the Hyatt Regency Delhi. The professional in this position will manage the daily financial operations of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. Key responsibilities include overseeing accounting processes, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data to support strategy, cost control, and supporting internal and external audits. The role also involves optimizing financial performance, ensuring proper revenue management, and working closely with the leadership team to set and achieve financial goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in accounting practices, internal controls, and compliance
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial data analysis
- Ability to oversee cost control, revenue management, and financial performance optimization
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools
- Prior experience in a managerial finance role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
