About The Role

The Procurement Executive will support the procurement and supply chain team by managing product data, tracking shipments, and ensuring accurate reporting within the ERP system.

This role involves coordinating with vendors and internal teams to maintain smooth procurement operations, monitoring purchase orders, and ensuring inventory and sales data are updated accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Create items and manage master data in the ERP system.
• Update ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) details for China shipments in the ERP.
• Share EPD information and shipment updates with relevant stakeholders.
• Circulate price lists, order forms, and product images internally as required.
• Prepare and maintain reports and data updates on a regular basis.
• Track and monitor Purchase Orders (POs), sales, and inventory levels to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data analysis.
• Good understanding of procurement and inventory management processes.
• Strong vendor communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
