The group is expanding with upcoming ventures in Navi Mumbai, Amravati and Goa, ensuring further opportunities for growth and innovation in hospitality.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role-based Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur for a Finance Executive.

Banquet Billing Management

  • Handle end-to-end billing for banquet events, including weddings, conferences, and corporate functions
  • Verify contracts, event orders, and consumption details before invoice generation
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoice preparation and dispatch to clients
  • Coordinate with Sales and Banquet teams for billing clarifications and approvals
  • Monitor advance payments, credit terms, and outstanding balances
  • Reconcile banquet revenue with POS/system reports

OTA Commission & Reconciliation

  • Verify OTA bookings (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Go Ibibo) against PMS records
  • Calculate and validate OTA commission invoices
  • Reconcile OTA statements with internal records and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure timely processing and payment of OTA commissions
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and reporting

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare periodic reports on banquet revenue, receivables, and OTA commissions
  • Highlight discrepancies, leakages, or unusual trends
  • Provide insights to improve billing accuracy and revenue realization


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting
  • Proficiency in Finance and compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills to ensure accurate financial insights and decision-making

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • Relevant educational background such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field

Professional certifications like CA, CMA, or similar qualifications are a plus

  • Familiarity with PMS, POS systems, and OTA extranets
  • Experience in hotels or banquet-heavy operations
  • Knowledge of GST and invoicing compliance (India-specific)
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, IDS)
