Overall Purpose:
The Finance Change Sr. Analyst (Colleague Business Analyst - Finance Change, Level 1A) will support successful delivery of key analytical outputs across Finance transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include requirements documentation, business analysis, process mapping, stakeholder coordination, and supporting user testing.

Overall Purpose:
The Finance Change Sr. Analyst (Colleague Business Analyst - Finance Change, Level 1A) will support successful delivery of key analytical outputs across Finance transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include requirements documentation, business analysis, process mapping, stakeholder coordination, and supporting user testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write requirements/user stories, support user interviews, prepare analysis documents, and document business processes.
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and analyse user needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into actionable operational and system requirements.
- Ensure technology builds are aligned to documented specifications.
- Support user acceptance testing and training documentation.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and strong documentation capability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Visio).
- Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Zeal to learn with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Openness to feedback and continuous learning.
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Masters or MBA (Finance preferred).
