🔧 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗢𝗻

You won’t just sit on CAD. You will build, test, and iterate.

• End-to-end involvement in New Product Development (NPD)

• From concept → CAD → prototype → testing → iteration

• Exposure to real industrial machines and systems

🛠️ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Create and modify 3D CAD models using SolidWorks

• Prepare 2D drawings, GD&T, and BOMs for manufacturing

• Support concept design and module-level development

• Perform basic engineering calculations for design validation

• Work on prototyping, assembly, and testing

• Apply DFM principles for cost-effective and manufacturable designs

• Troubleshoot and improve mechanical systems

• Maintain proper documentation and design records

🎯 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆

• Fresher or 1-2 years experience in Mechanical Design

• Strong basics in mechanical engineering and design principles

• Hands on mindset (important)

• Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment

• Eager to learn by building, not just observing
