About the Role
OnGram is looking for a UI/UX Design Intern who is passionate about creating clean, intuitive, and user-focused digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on startup exposure and the opportunity to contribute directly to the design and growth of a real product platform.
Success in this role means being able to design thoughtful interfaces, improve user journeys, collaborate effectively with the team, and bring creative ideas that enhance the overall product experience. The intern will work closely with the founding team and contribute to the evolution of the OnGram platform.
Responsibilities

• Design web and platform interfaces using Figma
• Create wireframes, layouts, user flows, and high-fidelity UI screens
• Improve usability and overall user experience across the platform
• Maintain consistency in visual design, components, and interactions
• Collaborate with the team to understand product requirements and user needs
• Research modern UI/UX trends and implement relevant ideas where appropriate
• Assist in designing responsive and scalable user experiences
