Daily Work (Very Clear)

- Visit 15–20 crusher units, rice mills, hardware shops, industrial units, automobile workshops

- Sell 100% genuine imported bearings

- Visit new customers + take repeat orders from existing dealers

- Collect payments & reduce outstanding

- Check-in with live photo & collect orders in Zoho mobile app (training given)

- Fix banners, display catalogues, solve bearing-related problems of customers

Who We Want

- Age 21–40 years

- Own bike + valid Driving licence (must)

- Android smartphone

- Local Permanent address in (within 50 km radius)

- Experience in bearings / industrial / crusher / hardware / auto spare parts sales is a big plus

(Freshers with bike & hunger to earn also welcome – full training given)

- Local Language must, basic English OK

**Joining:** Immediate – within 7–10 days

Working Days: Monday–Saturday (Sunday off + 2nd & 4th Saturday off after probation)

Compensation & Benefits (Very Attractive!)

- Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & last CTC)

- Incentives: Unlimited – Top performers easily take home ₹40k–₹80k+ per month

- Fuel + Travel Allowance + Vehicle Maintenance Allowance
- After 12 months probation: **1 paid leave per month** (12 leaves/year) + public holidays

- Quarterly performance bonus + annual sales trip/incentive program
