Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and target-driven Field Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency. The role involves acquiring new business through field visits, building long-term client relationships, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, approach, and meet potential clients across Chennai through regular field visits
- Sell digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, Lead Generation, and Branding
- Generate qualified leads through cold visits, networking, referrals, and market research
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos
- Understand client business goals and recommend customized digital marketing solutions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals independently
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong post-sale client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams for smooth project execution
- Track sales activities and submit daily/weekly performance reports to management
- Minimum 3 years of field sales or business development experience (Digital Marketing industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SMM, PPC, Website Development, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong convincing and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage field schedules effectively
- Result-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills
- Good MS Excel / CRM knowledge is an added advantage
- Any graduate (Marketing / Business Administration preferred)
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai
