As our recruitment operations continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Field Recruitment Manager to build strong candidate pipelines, develop institutional partnerships, manage field recruitment campaigns, and lead workforce acquisition initiatives.


Position Summary

The Field Recruitment Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing field recruitment activities to attract quality talent for multiple clients and internal business divisions. The role involves extensive travel, employer branding, campus engagement, candidate sourcing, recruitment drives, job fairs, institutional partnerships, and recruitment team management.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, educational institutions, placement agencies, local communities, government employment offices, and training institutes to create a continuous talent pipeline while ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.

This role demands exceptional communication skills, strong networking abilities, leadership capabilities, and a passion for recruitment and business development.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Field Recruitment Planning

  • Develop recruitment strategies for various industries and job categories.
  • Plan recruitment campaigns based on client manpower requirements.
  • Prepare monthly recruitment calendars and hiring plans.
  • Identify high-potential recruitment zones and target markets.
  • Design localized hiring initiatives.


2. Candidate Sourcing & Acquisition

  • Source candidates through field activities, referrals, walk-ins, networking, and local outreach.
  • Visit colleges, universities, ITIs, polytechnics, coaching institutes, and skill development centers.
  • Build relationships with placement cells and career guidance departments.
  • Develop candidate databases for various job categories.
  • Generate continuous recruitment leads.


3. Campus Recruitment & Institutional Partnerships

  • Organize campus recruitment drives.
  • Coordinate placement activities with educational institutions.
  • Conduct career seminars and awareness programs.
  • Build long-term partnerships with colleges and training institutes.
  • Maintain institutional engagement calendars.


4. Recruitment Drives & Job Fairs

  • Organize recruitment camps in different cities.
  • Participate in job fairs and employment exhibitions.
  • Conduct walk-in interviews.
  • Coordinate mass hiring campaigns.
  • Manage venue arrangements and recruitment logistics.


5. Employer Branding

  • Promote Kheewa Incorporation as a preferred recruitment partner.
  • Increase company visibility through field marketing activities.
  • Conduct promotional campaigns in target locations.
  • Build relationships with local influencers and business communities.


6. Candidate Screening & Assessment

  • Conduct preliminary interviews.
  • Verify candidate qualifications and experience.
  • Assess communication skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical assessments with clients.
  • Maintain quality hiring standards.


7. Client Coordination

  • Understand client manpower requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and selection processes.
  • Share candidate progress reports.
  • Manage client feedback and hiring timelines.
  • Ensure timely manpower deployment.


8. Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain recruitment MIS.
  • Update ATS and CRM systems.
  • Prepare recruitment dashboards.
  • Track recruitment KPIs.
  • Ensure documentation compliance.


9. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor field recruiters.
  • Assign recruitment territories.
  • Monitor team performance.
  • Conduct training sessions.
  • Improve recruiter productivity.


10. Business Development Support

  • Identify new recruitment opportunities.
  • Generate HR consulting leads.
  • Promote staffing and recruitment services.
  • Build relationships with HR managers and business owners.
  • Support client acquisition initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Psychology, or related discipline.
  • MBA (HR/Marketing) preferred.
  • Professional certifications in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition are an added advantage.


Experience

  • 3–8 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, HR Consulting, or Business Development.
  • Experience in field recruitment and mass hiring is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing recruitment teams is desirable.
