Hiring: Solution Architect (Microsoft Business Applications & Azure)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure to lead end-to-end solution architecture, pre-sales engagements, and enterprise project delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Business Central (BC), CRM/Customer Engagement, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

This is a customer-facing role requiring a mix of technical leadership, solutioning, architecture design, and delivery management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery workshops and gather business requirements.
• Design scalable end-to-end Microsoft business application solutions.
• Drive solution architecture across Dynamics 365, Azure, and Power Platform.
• Support pre-sales activities including proposals, RFP/RFI responses, estimations, and client presentations.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation and enterprise delivery.
• Guide functional and technical teams on architecture, integrations, security, and best practices.
• Review solution quality, scalability, and performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support customers during implementation, UAT, and go-live.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of enterprise application consulting or solution architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement
• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)
• Proven experience in solution architecture, enterprise implementations, and end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services and integration architecture.
• Experience in customer-facing solutioning and pre-sales engagements.
