Job Description

Source blue-collar and labour category candidates through field visits, local networks, job fairs, consultants, and referrals.
Conduct field recruitment drives in villages, towns, industrial areas, and training institutes.
Screen candidates based on job requirements and coordinate interviews.
Maintain a continuous pipeline of skilled and unskilled manpower.
Coordinate with contractors, labour suppliers, and placement agencies for manpower sourcing.
Verify candidate documents and assist in the onboarding process.
Ensure timely mobilization and joining of selected candidates.
Maintain daily field activity reports, recruitment trackers, and candidate databases.
Build strong relationships with local communities, government employment offices, NGOs, and skill development centers.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand manpower requirements and fulfill them within the required timelines.
Resolve candidate queries related to employment, joining formalities, and accommodation (if applicable).
Travel extensively to various locations for recruitment and mobilization activities.
