Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Field Officer role, based in Ghaziabad, with opportunities for remote work as needed. The Field Officer will handle on-site tasks, such as conducting field inspections, verifying client information, coordinating debt recovery processes, and performing risk assessments. The role also entails reporting and documenting findings, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and skills in Risk Management and Debt Collection processes
• Proficiency in client verification, documentation, and reporting
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships
• Organizational and time management skills for fieldwork and remote tasks
• Familiarity with BFSI sector operations and compliance regulations
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in field operations, customer service, or related roles is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
