Job Description:

• Operate and handle Spark EDM (Die Sinking EDM) machines
• Perform electrode setting, alignment, and job setting
• Execute machining as per drawing specifications and tolerances
• Monitor machining process and adjust parameters (current, voltage, spark gap)
• Ensure surface finish and dimensional accuracy
• Work on moulds, dies, and precision components
• Inspect finished components using measuring instruments
• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance
• Coordinate with tool room and design team for job completion
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of Spark EDM operations
• Electrode handling (Copper/Graphite)
• Drawing reading skills
• Understanding of mould & die components
• Machine setting and troubleshooting
• Measuring instruments handling

Experience:

1–3 years of experience required
