Aksara Jewellers is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and result-driven Field Marketing & Business Development Executive to support our marketing initiatives, customer acquisition activities, brand promotions, and business growth efforts across Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct apartment activations, local marketing events, roadshows, and customer engagement programs.
- Generate qualified leads and support customer acquisition initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, local communities, business partners, and referral networks.
- Represent the brand during outdoor marketing and promotional activities.
- Conduct market visits to identify opportunities, gather customer feedback, and analyze competitor activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Support showroom footfall generation and customer conversion initiatives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports and submit updates to management.
- PUC, Diploma, or Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Field Marketing, Business Development, Sales, BTL Activities, Customer Engagement, or related roles is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
