Field Executive – College Outreach

We are hiring a Runner Boy / Field Executive who will visit B.Ed colleges across Mumbai, introduce Triumph Educare to decision-makers, and schedule appointments for our CEO with Principals, HODs, and Placement Coordinators.

This is a field-based role ideal for someone confident, disciplined, and comfortable meeting people daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned B.Ed colleges and education institutes daily
• Introduce Triumph Educare and its offerings to college authorities
• Build initial rapport with Principals, Directors, HODs, and coordinators
• Fix and confirm appointments for the CEO
• Maintain daily visit and follow-up reports
• Share brochures and promotional materials
• Update internal team with contact details and meeting status

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• Good communication skills (Hindi + English; Marathi is a plus)
• Own two-wheeler preferred
• Comfortable with daily travel and field work
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, phone calls, and Google Sheets/Excel
• Presentable and professional personality

• 0–2 years in field marketing, sales, or campus outreach preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
