Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growth opportunities, builds client relationships, and creates strategies to expand a company's market presence and revenue, involving market research, sales pitches, partnership negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing to meet targets. Key duties include lead generation, pipeline management, competitor analysis and tracking performance metrics, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Researching and finding new potential clients, markets, or service lines.
  • Developing and nurturing strong connections with existing and prospective clients and partners.
  • Creating and executing business plans, sales strategies, and pitches to achieve growth goals.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and analyzing competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Working with marketing, sales, and product teams to align efforts.
  • Managing leads from prospecting through to closing deals, including contract negotiation.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on sales activities and results.
  • Attending industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing with 10-15 years relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Candidates preferred from Oil & Gas, MEP, Refinery, Petrochemical industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
