Job Role:
Field Development Executive (FDE)
Job Description (JD):
- Promote and drive sales of Hatsun dairy and agro products
- Visit retail outlets and develop new markets
- Ensure product availability and visibility at retail points
- Build strong relationships with retailers and customers
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints
- Execute market penetration and brand development activities
- Maintain daily sales plans, route plans, and reports
- Achieve assigned sales targets
Experience Required:
- Minimum 6 months experience in field sales / FMCG preferred
- Driving license is mandatory (two-wheeler)
Education Qualification:
- 10th / Inter / Any Graduate
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
- Incentives + TA/DA as per company policy
Skills Required:
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic sales knowledge and field exposure
- Willingness to travel locally
- Self-motivated and target-driven
