Job Role:

Field Development Executive (FDE)

Job Description (JD):

• Promote and drive sales of Hatsun dairy and agro products
• Visit retail outlets and develop new markets
• Ensure product availability and visibility at retail points
• Build strong relationships with retailers and customers
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints
• Execute market penetration and brand development activities
• Maintain daily sales plans, route plans, and reports
• Achieve assigned sales targets

Experience Required:

• Minimum 6 months experience in field sales / FMCG preferred
• Driving license is mandatory (two-wheeler)

Education Qualification:

• 10th / Inter / Any Graduate

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
• Incentives + TA/DA as per company policy

Skills Required:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic sales knowledge and field exposure
• Willingness to travel locally
• Self-motivated and target-driven
