Job Description

We're looking for Operations Associates!

Responsibilities

  • Allocate budgets to countries in main categories; move budgets when necessary
  • Update and maintain accurate budget records
  • Perform quality control at the end of each fiscal half-year
  • Ensure visibility of the latest guidelines
  • Send consumption reports to all relevant planners
  • Highlight errors and discrepancies against objectives
  • Manage and monitor planned activities and budgets in the planning application
  • Review, provide feedback, and centralize activities during the planning phase
  • Train partner sales and marketing managers on when and how to request exceptions triggered by any other causes
  • Act as a single point of contact for: the finance department, partner support, operational and sales team

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
