Content Marketing Manager

Location: Remote

We’re building a category-defining AI company in the RFP & security questionnaire space. We are not looking for a “content executor.”

We’re looking for a Tier-1 content & SEO athlete who can own organic growth end-to-end and drive revenue impact.

If you think in keywords, funnels, distribution loops, and leads not just blog posts this role is for you.

🎯 What You’ll Own

1️⃣ Content Strategy (Revenue-First Thinking)

• Build and own the entire content roadmap (TOFU → MOFU → BOFU)
• Create pillar-cluster architecture around RFPs, DDQs, Security Questionnaires, Sales Engineering, etc.
• Align content with sales motion and pipeline generation
• Identify high-intent opportunities (SQL-driving keywords)
• Work closely with product marketing and founders to shape narrative
  
  
  

2️⃣ SEO Strategy (Full-Funnel Organic Growth)

• Own complete keyword research & search intent mapping
• Build topical authority in AI RFP, proposal automation, and security questionnaires
• Design internal linking structures
• Improve technical SEO in collaboration with engineering
• Create scalable content systems (programmatic SEO, glossary, landing pages)
• Drive rankings for high-intent commercial terms

3️⃣ Content Quality Control & Editorial Ownership

• Review and elevate all blog posts before publishing
• Maintain strong editorial standards
• Ensure every piece has:
