Fashdeck is building the AI-first operating system for fashion brands — enabling designers, fabric suppliers, and garment manufacturers to plan, source, and launch collections in minutes.

We are on a mission to digitise the entire fashion supply chain and make it searchable, intelligent, and accessible.

You will work at the heart of the fashion ecosystem, directly interacting with:

• Fabric vendors 🧵
• Garment manufacturers 👕
• Fashion designers 🎨

Your role will include:

• 🚀 Onboarding vendors, factories, and designers onto the Fashdeck platform
• 📸 Assisting partners in digitising their catalogues (fabrics, designs, products)
• 🧠 Structuring product data for better discovery (categories, attributes, tagging)
• 🤝 Building strong relationships with ecosystem stakeholders
• 📈 Identifying gaps in catalogues and helping improve quality & completeness
• 💡 Providing feedback to the product team to improve the onboarding experience
• 🌐 Helping create a high-quality, searchable fashion supply network

• Students or freshers from Fashion, Design, Business, or related fields
• Strong interest in fashion industry + startups + AI-driven products
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with field work/vendor interactions
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Hustler mindset – you get things done ⚡
