Job Summary:

As an Airport Ground Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airline services. You will be responsible for providing assistance and support to passengers, handling baggage, and performing various other duties to ensure a seamless travel experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas
  
• Handle check-in procedures, issue boarding passes, and assist with seat assignments.
  
• Ensure compliance with security and safety regulations
  
• Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
  
• Provide assistance to passengers with special needs or disabilities
  
• Communicate with flight crew and ground control to coordinate flight schedules
  
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  
• Collaborate with other ground staff members to ensure efficient operations.
  
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team Requirements:
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
  
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
