Role Overview:

We are looking for a Program Manager to oversee and strengthen employer partnerships for our client. This role will focus on managing and nurturing existing relationships, ensuring consistent opportunity creation, and driving long-term engagement with partner organizations.

This is a high-ownership role requiring strong stakeholder management, structured execution, and the ability to ensure partnerships translate into meaningful outcomes for students.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Employer Relationship Management

  • Own and nurture relationships with existing employer partners (founders, HR leaders, functional teams)
  • Drive repeat engagement and deepen partnerships over time
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts

Opportunity Oversight & Delivery

  • Oversee the creation and execution of internships, live projects, and full-time roles
  • Ensure roles are well-defined and aligned with program timelines and student readiness
  • Guide the end-to-end process: coordination, interviews, feedback, and closures

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Track partnership health, opportunity pipelines, and conversion metrics
  • Ensure disciplined follow-ups and timely closures across opportunities
  • Identify gaps and work towards improving outcomes from existing relationships

Strategic & Process Improvements

  • Improve systems, workflows, and employer engagement processes
  • Support initiatives like employer events, networking formats, and engagement programs
  • Contribute to scaling the function through better structure and processes

Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams to align opportunities with student readiness and timelines
  • Guide/mentor team members managing outreach or execution, where required


Requirements:

  • Experience in account management, partnerships, employer relations, or similar roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High ownership, strong follow-through, and structured working style
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and drive outcomes
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; CRM familiarity is a plus


Good-to-have:

  • Experience in startups or fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with D2C, consumer, fintech, SaaS, or consulting sectors
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce
