Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Fashion Design Faculty member for our campus in Lucknow. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, developing innovative course content, mentoring students, and providing guidance on projects. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on the latest trends, collaborating with other faculty members, preparing course materials, and participating in academic and extracurricular activities. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring dedication to fostering student success in the field of fashion design.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, and Garment Construction
Knowledge of Design Software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW) and Digital Fashion Tools
Strong understanding of Fashion Trends, Textiles, and Color Theory
Excellent teaching, presentation, and mentoring skills
Ability to stay updated with industry standards and incorporate innovative teaching methodologies
Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field
Previous experience in teaching or working in the fashion industry is a plus
Passion for nurturing creativity and guiding students towards their career goals
