About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in B2B. The ideal candidate will not only focus on sales but will also contribute to developing innovative strategies to expand business opportunities, scale revenue, and explore new markets. This role requires a professional who is creative, strategic, and capable of bringing fresh ideas to accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through B2B channels and strategic outreach.
- Develop and implement innovative sales and growth strategies to expand the company’s client base.
- Actively pitch and sell software solutions, SaaS platforms, and IT services to prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations with key decision-makers.
- Continuously explore new market segments, partnership opportunities, and revenue channels.
- Bring creative and data-driven ideas to improve lead generation, sales processes, and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, and operations) to ensure smooth solution delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Contribute to scaling business growth by recommending innovative approaches to increase market presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software solutions, SaaS products, or IT services.
- Proven ability to expand business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Strong strategic thinking and innovative mindset with the ability to introduce new ideas to scale the business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose tailored technology solutions.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
