Rent An Attire is looking for a dynamic and fashion-forward Styling Assistant / Fashion Consultant to join our retail team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fashion styling, client experience, and luxury ethnic wear.

As a Styling Assistant, you will work closely with clients to help them select and style outfits for weddings, pre-wedding events, and special occasions while also supporting store operations and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Styling & Consultation – Assist clients in selecting and styling outfits for weddings, receptions, cocktail parties, and special occasions.

• Customer Experience – Provide personalized styling recommendations and ensure a seamless in-store experience.

• Sales & Target Achievement – Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets through effective styling and customer engagement.

• Visual Merchandising (VM) – Maintain attractive store displays and ensure outfits are presented in a visually appealing manner.

• Inventory Management – Manage outfit availability, track inventory movement, and coordinate outfit returns and maintenance.

• Order Management – Handle bookings, rentals, fittings, and delivery coordination for clients.

• Store Operations – Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store including trial management and client follow-ups.

Skills & Requirements

• Passion for fashion styling and luxury ethnic wear

• Strong client handling and communication skills

• Understanding of fashion trends, color coordination, and styling

• Experience in retail fashion, boutique, or styling roles preferred

• Ability to manage sales targets and customer relationships

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
