FASHION E-COMMERCE EXPERIENCED PERFORMANCE MARKETER

• Location: Patna (On-Site Only)
• Fashion E-Commerce Experience is a MUST
• No Freshers — Prior Performance Marketing Experience Required

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad creatives.
• Analyse key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights.
• Coordinate with creative and content teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
• Understanding of campaign setup, optimisation, tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and conversion tracking is a plus.
• Ability to analyse data and identify growth opportunities.

Preferred:

Experience working with Fashion D2C brands or a D2C marketing agency.

Understanding of e-commerce marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
