We help women find outfits that make them feel confident, beautiful, and celebrated. We're looking for an enthusiastic, fashion-forward individual to join our growing team.

💼 What You'll Do

• Assist customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram, and email.
• Provide expert styling advice and help customers choose the perfect outfit, fabric, color, and design.
• Handle customer queries related to products, customization, sizing, pricing, and orders.
• Follow up with leads and assist them throughout their buying journey.
• Maintain customer records and ensure an exceptional brand experience.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and collections.
• Represent the brand confidently and participate in videos or social media content when required.

🎯 What We're Looking For

• A strong aesthetic sense and deep understanding of Indian ethnic wear, fabrics, silhouettes, and color matching.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
• Good computer skills and comfort managing social media channels.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to handle multiple customer conversations efficiently.

🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications⚠️ Please Note: This is a specialized fashion role. Candidates from generic call centers, general BPOs, or non-fashion retail backgrounds will not be considered.

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a closely related creative field.
• Experience: Prior experience as a Fashion Stylist, Boutique Consultant, Studio Designer, or Fashion Merchandiser is highly preferred.
• Freshers holding a relevant Fashion Design degree/diploma who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for styling are also welcome to apply.
