Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Faculty position in Business Management based in Vijayawada. Responsibilities include designing and delivering comprehensive curriculum for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, conducting interactive and engaging lectures, supervising research activities, and mentoring students. The faculty will also contribute to curriculum development, participate in institutional training programs, and support the academic goals of the college by engaging in scholarly research and publishing work.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Curriculum Development and ability to design and deliver engaging academic programs.
• Experience in Academics and Training with a passion for mentoring students and fostering learning.
• Strong knowledge of Economics, Logistics, Finance and related disciplines.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• MBA. in Business Management, Economics, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to publish scholarly research is highly desirable.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive academic environment.
• Expertise in delivering Case Study Methodology.
• Active participation in conducting and organizing Business Practical.
