Facility Manager

Job Role: Facility Manager (MEP Technician)

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 4 – 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and BMS systems
• Handle breakdown maintenance and ensure quick resolution of technical issues
• Plan and execute maintenance schedules
• Identify and resolve technical issues at site.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Manage Maintenance timelines and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and equipment.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems.
• Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, or residential projects.
• Good understanding of safety standards and quality control.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS)
