Title: Facility Incharge / Facility Manager

Work Mode: On-Site

Location: Racecourse Rd,Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities

The Facility Incharge is responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, and smooth daily operation of the hospital's physical infrastructure. This role ensures that all non-clinical services—including housekeeping, engineering, security, biomedical waste management, and vendor operations,Cafeteria Mangement,Laundry Management—function efficiently to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 8 to 15 years of facility management experience, with at least 5 years specifically within a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of hospital building systems, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and healthcare safety regulations.

• Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead diverse teams of technicians, guards, and housekeeping staff.
• Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making skills during operational emergencies, power failures, or equipment breakdowns.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication for reporting, vendor negotiation, and inter-departmental coordination.
