1. Studio Operations Management
2. Faculty & Academic Requirements Fulfillment
3. Vendor & Contract Management
4. Budgeting & Cost Control
5. Facility Maintenance Scheduling and Tracking
6. Facility Maintenance Management (UPS/Batteries/AC etc)
7. IT & Studios Equipment Monitoring
8. Facility Checklist management
9. Crisis & Emergency Management
10. Invoice, Procurement & Expense Management
11. Expense Data & Asset Management (Tagging/Opex/Provision)
12. Infrastructure Planning & Facility Development
13. Documentation, Reporting & Audit Readiness
Requirements:
1. Good knowledge of mechanical / electrical / HVAC / UPS / battery / building systems
2. Strong vendor / contract management skills
3. Proactive, forward-looking with preventive approach
4. Good knowledge in Google sheet and Excel sheet
5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
6.Understanding compliance, safety, building codes, regulatory norms
7. Knowledge of Asset, Expense & Data Management
8. Should be driven in Procurement, Invoices & Expense Management
9. Must have knowledge of (SOPs), protocols, and checklists for facility usage and compliance
10. Must be aware of concept of Opex/Capex/Budget related Data
11. Previous Experience will be more than 2 years in related industry
