Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer with hands-on experience in industrial automation projects & Electrical Control Panel. The candidate should have strong knowledge in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, panel testing, and site commissioning. The role involves working closely with project, electrical, and commissioning teams to deliver automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 PLC Programming & Development

•⁠ ⁠Develop PLC programs using ladder logic, function block, and structured text.

•⁠ ⁠Perform program testing and debugging.

•⁠ ⁠Modify existing PLC programs as per client requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare backup and version control documentation.

🔹 HMI / SCADA Development

•⁠ ⁠Design and develop HMI screens.

•⁠ ⁠Configure SCADA systems for monitoring and control.

•⁠ ⁠Integrate PLC with HMI/SCADA.

🔹 System Integration

•⁠ ⁠Configure communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP.

•⁠ ⁠Integrate VFDs, sensors, transmitters, and field instruments.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure proper I/O mapping and signal testing.

🔹 Panel Testing & FAT

•⁠ ⁠Perform internal testing before dispatch.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) with clients.

•⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot wiring and control issues.

🔹 Site Commissioning

•⁠ ⁠Attend site installation and commissioning.

•⁠ ⁠Support trial runs and performance testing.

•⁠ ⁠Provide technical training to client operators if required.

Technical Skills Required

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience in PLC brands such as:

o Siemens (S7 series)

o Allen Bradley

o Delta

o Schneider

•⁠ ⁠Experience in HMI software (WinCC, FactoryTalk, etc.)

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of VFD configuration.

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of electrical control panels.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to read electrical drawings, P&ID, and wiring diagrams.

o Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

•⁠ ⁠Exposure to water treatment, manufacturing, process industries.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of safety interlocks and industrial standards.
