Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fabric Manager located in Manesar. The Fabric Manager will oversee procurement and ensure the quality of textiles meets company standards. Key responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, supervising quality control processes, collaborating with teams to meet production goals, and negotiating procurement agreements that align with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Quality Control and Textiles, ensuring product excellence and compliance with standards.
• Must Have all type of fabrics knowledge.
• Must have strong connection in Mills.
• Proven experience in Procurement and Negotiation to secure high-quality materials and optimize costs.
• Effective Team Management skills, with the ability to lead, collaborate, and achieve production objectives.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Adaptability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
