Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily restaurant and catering operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food quality, maintaining hygiene standards, and improving guest satisfaction while controlling costs and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Supervise restaurant, bar, banquet & room service operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day service and guest handling
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion standards
- Coordinate with kitchen team for menu planning
- Handle customer complaints professionally
Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and schedule F&B staff
- Monitor staff performance and grooming standards
- Conduct team meetings and motivate employees
- Maintain discipline and service etiquette
Inventory & Cost Control
- Maintain stock levels and vendor coordination
- Reduce wastage and control food cost
- Check daily sales and prepare reports
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials
Hygiene & Safety
- Maintain food safety & sanitation standards
- Follow FSSAI and hotel hygiene regulations
- Ensure kitchen and dining areas cleanliness
Customer Service & Sales
- Improve guest satisfaction and repeat business
- Plan promotions, events, and special menus
- Upsell food & beverage items to increase revenue
Required Skills
