Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION : To manage the Sales Team and the over all sales activities and serve the customers by coordinating with all departments of the organisation.

MAJOR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY :

  • To manage the Sales team and ensure the smooth running of the Sales department.
  • To interact with the customer on a daily basis .
  • Satisfying the needs and demands of the customer.
  • To commit and ensure delivery of all commitment..
  • To correspond with the customer.
  • To generate enquiries from customers and convert them to orders.
  • Provide back ground material / data for deciding the rate. Like potential competitor , previous rate history, and rate at which we can get the order.
  • Submit quotation after discussing and finalising the rate with Director.
  • Follow up with customer and get the order. To maximise the profit while discussing with the customer.
  • Authentication of Work Order and Invoice.
  • Collection of payments on time and as per schedule with out any delay.
  • Collection of C-form from customers.
  • Post enquiry, negotiate and place order with pattern maker for manufacture of pattern on time .
  • To plan Quarterly / Half yearly / Yearly visit of sales team to customers
  • To ensure visit to customer as per plan and maintain cordial relationship at all levels . To collect written report after each visit .
  • To resolve all quality issues within the stipulated time frame
  • Attend meetings as planned and share all relevant information .
  • To maintain and follow ISO documents and procedures.
  • Any other responsibility as given by the superior officer.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

  • To be the inter face between the customer and our organisation.
  • To ensure the smooth running of the Sales department.
  • To ensure Customer satisfaction.
  • To communicate with the management the present and future requirements of the customers.
  • To keep the management informed regarding any instability / financial difficulties of the customers .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
